She drove me around the city and also gave me a guided tour of the great places to visit and eat. Once we found the house that I was interested in, she brought me back for a second look. She walked me through all the comps in the neighborhood and we discussed every aspect of fair price and the next steps to come. Her skills at negotiation got me within my budget and $14,000 dollars below the asking price! When I returned to Germany she continued to advise me throughout the whole closing process, going above and beyond to make sure things went smooth in my absence. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience of buying my first house and Jessica was the key to it all. Her professionalism and dedication to me through the process have made Jessica more than just my Realtor®, it made her a friend. Jessica was an amazing Realtor®- we couldn't have asked for better. This was our first home buying process, and so while we knew what we were looking for, we didn't quite know what the process entailed. Jessica helped us from day one identify what we wanted, and what steps we needed to take to make an offer/purchase a home, and she even had amazing suggestions about how to renovate the home we purchased.
